Well, yes, but ....

Look, they're opening and closing it so much these days that I can barely keep up. So I created a "Brown Block cocktail." Hence:

• 3 oz of any aged brown liquor, like scotch or rye
• add inordinate amount of bitters
• drop ice from high up into glass to slosh it all over the tabletop
• let sit for a verrrrrry long time while arguing about whether to drink it or to save it
• sip extremely slowly so that no one can see any progress
• when finally finished, fill glass with gravel

Drink up while you can! I'm sure developers will be salivating over the only open space to build on in downtown Brandon. /sarcasm
